Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free trial

Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected weekly, monthly, or yearly plan begins automatically and Stripe charges the price shown at checkout.

Cancel anytime

Open your account page and choose “Manage subscription.” Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Plus access until the end of the trial or paid billing period, unless Stripe states otherwise during cancellation.

Refunds

Except where required by law, completed subscription charges are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. If you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, or made after a timely cancellation, contact hello@healthtrek.store promptly so we can investigate.

Price changes

If we change a recurring price, we will give reasonable advance notice before the new price applies to a future renewal. You may cancel before that renewal.
